IES MARÍA PACHECO is located in the center of the city of Toledo. We are a medium size high school with 550 students. Our students belong to middle and low-class families. We have a wide range of students from early secondary to vocational adult students. We have been involved in European projects since 2005, including Comenius Programs and Mobility Comenius Programs. Today we have sent two students to study in Italy.

EXPECTATIONS FROM THE PROJECT

We were already working in the subject of "environment" with our students via an "Eco-School Program that seeks the same aims that are looked for in this Comenius Program.

Our teachers are highly involved in the European dimension of culture and knowledge. And we expect to open our students and teachers and staff' minds to the need of an environmental conscious way of living.
